Turner Avenue road closure Wednesday and Thursday, May 24-25

KILLEEN, Texas (May 23, 2023) – The City of Killeen’s Engineering Division will be closing Turner Avenue from 50th Street to 52nd Street to through traffic starting Wednesday, May 24 through Thursday, May 25, from 7a.m. to 5p.m. each day, weather permitting.

The closure is so a contractor can install sewer services in the area.

The contractor will have a traffic control plan in place and detour traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
