Citizens of Killeen-- We want to send a reminder that due to our extreme Solid Waste staffing shortage, many trash routes are running behind but your trash and brush items WILL be collected by our crews who are working overtime and weekends to ensure your items are disposed of properly.
If your items have not been picked up after a few days past your normal garbage day, please always feel free to contact our Solid Waste offices directly. We also want to re-send the 2022 Holiday Trash Collection Change Schedule, that was first distributed in December 2021 in water bills and our website and social media platforms each month.
