KILLEEN, Texas (April 10, 2023) – The annual Fallen Heroes 5K will take place Saturday, May 6th at the Heritage Oaks Hike and Bike Trail (8001 Pyrite Drive). The run begins at 7:30a.m. and is held to honor those who have served and fallen in the line of duty.
Entry fee is $25 and a link to register can be found at KilleenTexas.gov/Centex. Fee to register increases after May 2.
The race is part of the annual Cen-Tex Race Series which holds events throughout Central Texas, including nine in Killeen. Points will be awarded for the top finishers in each age group. Standings and event schedule can be found at KilleenTexas.gov/Centex. The next Killeen event is the Caliente 5K on July 29.
