Voters will elect three district council seats May 4.
The City of Killeen has called a municipal election May 4 to elect district city council seats. The City has created a webpage to assist voters.
District 2, 3 and 4 seats will be decided on Election Day. District 1 incumbent Shirley Fleming was unopposed, so no election will be held for that seat.
The election webpage is available through a direct link at KilleenTexas.gov/Election and features public notices, voting hours and locations, a sample ballot and an interactive voter map to help locate precinct information.
Early voting is scheduled April 22 and 30 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and April 23 through 26 and 29 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Voters may use any of the four early voting locations:
- Killeen City Hall, 101 North College Street
- Killeen Community Center, 2201 E. Veterans Memorial Boulevard
- Lions Club Park Senior Center, 1700-A E. Stan Schlueter Loop
- Killeen ISD Administration Building, 200 N. WS Young Drive (open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. all days)
Election Day is May 4, and voting will take place at precinct polling locations from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. A complete list of locations is available on the election webpage.
Election results will be posted on the election webpage when polls close May 4.
