The Killeen Animal Shelter is offering free pet adoptions during the month of October at both the Killeen Animal Shelter (3118 Commerce Drive) and the Fort Cavazos Animal Shelter (Building 4902 Engineer Drive).
The hours for the Killeen Shelter are Monday – Saturday: 9a.m. – 4p.m. The shelter is closed Sundays. The Fort Cavazos Shelter is open Monday-Sunday 9a.m. – 8p.m.
The shelter is full of friendly, loveable, loyal pets and staff encourages residents to adopt their new best friend. Animals that are ready for a new home can also be viewed online at www.KilleenTexas.gov/Animals.
