Project begins Monday, Oct. 23
KILLEEN, Texas (Oct. 16, 2023) – The City of Killeen in conjunction with Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), is having a contractor install a new traffic signal at the intersection of Little Nolan Road and W.S. Young Drive. Work will begin Monday, Oct. 23 and run through Sunday, Jan. 21, 2024, from 8a.m. to 5p.m. each day, weather permitting.
During this work, contractors will be performing underground work, signal pole installations, additional lighting, and install ADA compliant intersection aspects. The contractor will have traffic diverted around the work site. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
