KILLEEN, Texas (Nov. 30, 2025) – The City of Killeen is advising the public that Twin Creek Drive, from Creek Side Drive to Rickey Carlisle Circle, will remain closed until Friday, Dec. 5, or longer as repair efforts continue following significant damage from an overnight accident that occurred Friday, Nov. 28.
All power issues have been repaired, but work on railroad equipment is still ongoing. Crews are continuing work to restore the area as quickly and safely as possible.
Drivers are urged to plan ahead, expect delays, and use alternate routes. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
