KILLEEN, Texas (May 9, 2023) – The City of Killeen will once again hold its Independence Day Extravaganza and fireworks show on Saturday, July 1 in Historic Downtown Killeen.
This event, which will last from 4p.m. to 10p.m. at 200 East Avenue D, will feature live music food trucks, a Jeep Jam, kids activities, arts and craft vendors, and one of the largest fireworks shows in Texas.
Last year, about 2,000 people showed up downtown for our inaugural extravaganza, and we anticipate even more this year.
