Upcoming warrant roundup will result in arrests of those with outstanding warrants.
Killeen Municipal Court and Killeen Police Department will focus on clearing outstanding warrants through a warrant roundup. Anyone with a Killeen Municipal Court warrant should go to the court immediately to resolve citations and avoid being arrested.
City marshals and police officers will be out in force making arrests during the roundup. To avoid being arrested at home, at work, at school or with friends, anyone with a warrant should clear it immediately.
The goal of the warrant roundup is to clear outstanding City of Killeen Class C Misdemeanor warrants and to gain compliance in these cases. Many of the warrants are for traffic-related citations for which the violator failed to appear in court or comply with the judge’s orders.
If you have been charged with an offense in Killeen Municipal Court, you may determine if you have an outstanding warrant by calling the court at 254-501-7850 or accessing the online payment system at KilleenTexas.gov/Court.
