Killeen residents can use Killeen Connect (SeeClickFix) to submit service requests using their mobile devices and computers.  The reports will be sent directly to the appropriate department(s) for follow-up and users will receive real-time updates on the City’s progress addressing the request.

Report an issue

  • Choose a service request category from the drop-down menu that matches your request
  • Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the exact address
  • Click confirm location
  • Add photo if available, or click no photo
  • Enter a description and answer the related questions
  • Click confirm details

Killeen Connect

With free SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools, Killeen citizens will now be able to provide City of Killeen staff with photos, specific descriptions and more— valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. In addition, the platform provides City of Killeen officials with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution, engaging citizens throughout the process.
