Effective September 18, 2024, the Killeen Planning, Zoning, and Engineering application process has moved to My Government Online (MGO). MGO is an electronic, paperless portal system that will allow contractors and citizens to create their own accounts, submit their projects, request inspections, and pay fees through an online portal. Beginning on September 18, all new projects will go through the new MGO software. Existing projects started before September 18 will be completed through the former process.
